BREA, Calif. - The Siemens Building Technologies (SBT) promotion, “Grow for the Goods,” came to a conclusion in Dallas after a grand prize drawing at the Controls Group North America (CGNA) 2008 Members’ Meeting. Stromquist & Co. of Atlanta won the grand prize of a $10,000 donation to the charity of its choice. The promotion rewarded participants’ Siemens purchases with their choice of prizes - including a $2,500 donation to the charity of their choice. Six members, in addition to Stromquist & Co., received prizes for their outstanding growth during the promotion period.

Stromquist & Co. designated its $10,000 prize to go to the Calacirya Foundation, an organization dedicated to facilitating growth among the indigenous peoples of Guatemala. Eric Stromquist, vice president of Stromquist & Co., received the award from Siemens and was very pleased to be able to use the funding to help the people of Guatemala.
