An initial deployment is expected in ServiceMaster's Terminix business unit. The @Road MRM solution is designed to provide Terminix branch managers with greater location intelligence, manageability, and visibility into the work of up to approximately 6,000 field personnel.

ServiceMaster operates a network of more than 5,500 company-owned and franchised service centers and business units, operating under leading brands, which include Terminix, TruGreen ChemLawn, TruGreen LandCare, American Home Shield, American Residential Services, Rescue Rooter, American Mechanical Services, ServiceMaster Clean, Merry Maids, Amerispec, and Furniture Medic. ServiceMaster service capabilities include termite and pest control, lawn care and landscape maintenance, plumbing, heating and air conditioning maintenance and repair, appliance maintenance and repair, cleaning and furniture maintenance, and home warranties.

The agreement with ServiceMaster enables @Road to supply a suite of MRM technologies and solutions that incorporate the power of advanced @Road location intelligence technology, integrated Wi-Fi and EDGE/EVDO high-speed data communication capabilities, and on-demand Web-based tools and field service reports.
The solutions are expected to provide ServiceMaster a rapid return on investment through the deployment of the @Road MRM solution suite in Terminix branches in North America. Under the agreement, ServiceMaster can also utilize @Road data integration services that are designed to enable real-time, secure, and accurate capture of field service scheduling and service delivery customer information into ServiceMaster's back-office business systems.
