Service Max Joins Yes! ARS

LAS VEGAS - Air conditioning and plumbing provider, Yes! ARS, recently acquired substantially all the assets of the Las Vegas location of Service Max, through its parent company, American Residential Services L.L.C.

With the acquisition of Service Max, Yes! ARS is considered one of the top HVAC service and replacement providers in the Las Vegas area. It is also considered a leading member of the ARS/Rescue Rooter network, a national network of more than 60 branches that provide HVAC and plumbing across the country.

“Service Max is well-known throughout the area for their superior customer service and workmanship, and we are proud to have them joining the Yes! ARS family,” said Ken Goodrich, ARS/Rescue Rooter Southwest division vice president.

Known for its “Hire the Hippo” marketing program, Service Max will now operate as part of Yes! ARS. Former Service Max principal Curtis Coker has become part of the senior management team. “Service Max customers are now being serviced by one of the state’s top service providers,” said Goodrich. “Our Las Vegas management team is seasoned at acquisition growth strategy, and we are actively integrating the Service Max staff and customers into Yes! ARS.” Dave Slott, ARS/Rescue Rooter president and chief operating officer, said ARS/Rescue Rooter is a growing category leader “committed to elevated customer service, outstanding employee satisfaction, and the highest quality products.”

He added, “With the addition of top service providers like Service Max, our growth in the Las Vegas area is a prime example of this commitment.”
