NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Service Experts announced the acquisition of 31 hvac contractors, representing revenues of $48.8 million. The acquisitions were completed during the company’s first quarter, which ended March 31.

The totals include 12 new service companies and 19 “tuck-ins.” The total consideration for these companies included $20.6 million in cash, including debt retired, and $7.3 million in convertible debt.
