The instruments offer a full range of psychrometric calculations, including dew point, frost point, wet bulb temperature, and mixing ratio. According to the manufacturer, the instruments (with integrated or interchangeable probes) can be used for applications where exact measurement of humidity and temperature is of decisive importance. It offers reliability of ±0.8 percent rh and ±0.1°C. The HygroPalm2-series can be used for spot-checking HVAC installations.
