MINNEAPOLIS, MN — Integrated Process Technologies (IPT) has selected the web-enabled Honeywell Atrium™ data-mining application and related services for 1,300 retail stores for which it is maintenance and hvac services contractor.

Atrium, an Internet-based service for facility managers, collects data from diverse building applications and sources and brings it together for trending, analysis, benchmarking, and generally better informed decision-making.

It is a data-mining system that brings together the management of utility bills, meter information, alarms, building control, and service call management through one central point. It provides facility owners and managers with the means to turn raw data from their buildings into data they can use to improve operational efficiency and drive down costs.
