Recruiting Event Scheduled

PANAMA CITY, Fla. - The 2006 Recruiting 101 Boot Camp, Oct. 27, will help contractors find and hire the key people needed to grow a business and achieve goals, according to WORKfor LLC. Recruiting qualified employees is the single biggest hurdle standing in a contractor's way of reaching financial goals, said the company. Without good people a business cannot grow and with each new year, the shortage of qualified applicants continues to increase, making recruiting that much more difficult. This event will be presented by industry recruiter Mike Mayberry, the president of HVAC agent, plumbing agent, and electrical agent. Terry Nicholson, president of Success Group International, will also be featured.

By attending this event, people will learn what it takes to find, attract, and hire the cream of the crop and will walk away with information that can be implemented into recruiting efforts immediately.

"This guy knows recruiting," said Ken Sturm, Sigler Distributing, Ariz. "Mike Mayberry is an incredibly powerful speaker and we've had him work with our dealers several times over the past four years."
