QSC Meeting Yields New Trustees, Programs

LAKE BUENA VISTA, FL — At its Power Meeting, held here recently, 2001, the Quality Service Contractors (QSC) launched two new member programs aimed at helping contractors take good care of the customer, and added two members to its board of trustees.

The first program is actually the second part of QSC’s customer care manual. QSC says, “How to Build Bridges to New Clients” will give the contractor techniques that will aid not only in keeping old clients coming back, but in bringing new ones to the company.

The second program is focused on a customer finance program that will allow for a “revolving customer charge card” which will, in turn, provide a 1% rebate to contractors and eliminate user fees.

In addition, Rebecca Gold of Wigginton’s Plumbing Service in Nathrop, CO, was re-elected to the board of trustees. Steve Burch of Modern Plumbing in Pasadena, TX, was elected to his first term.
