OBJECTIVE:To create the optimal customer shopping environment.

DESCRIPTION:Emcor Services’ New York/New Jersey subsidiary will be responsible for the installation of all the mechanical systems for Giorgio Armani’s flagship store in New York City. The contract includes the furnishing and installation of a 180-ton chilled water plant and associated air-handling equipment; all piping, galvanized and black iron ductwork, including all insulation and fire wrap; kitchen exhaust, including a new filtration system for a restaurant to be located within the store; a new direct digital control (DDC) system; and a 15-ton HVAC system that will serve the restaurant. Some of the equipment to be used includes Multistack modular chillers; Rittling chilled water fan coil units and baseboard radiation; Smog Hog precipitator; Hastings makeup air fan; Mitsubishi City Multi units; Armstrong pumps; and Berner air curtains. “We have high standards for providing clients with practical results and complete satisfaction,” said Frank Cooney, president of Emcor Services New York/New Jersey.
