INSTALLATION: Thaw-Pak Hydronic Snow Melt System
COMPLETION: October 2007
CUSTOMER: The Mall at Partridge Creek, Clinton Township, Mich.
OBJECTIVE: Provide heated, snow-free paths for outdoor mall in Michigan climate.

Twelve Raypak Hi-Delta Boilers, concealed on building rooftops, provide the hot water for the system. Total system capacity is 24,840 MBtuh. The boilers are all 87 percent efficient and have built-in cold start protection. The system is controlled using two Tekmar 665 controllers that are tied into the building management system.
