Though your customers may be mellowing out in the last few days of summer, it's not too soon for you to begin thinking about fall tune-ups and the cold blasts of winter that are on the way.

The NEWS' annual Residential Products Heating Showcase introduces the latest heating units available for the upcoming season. Information included in this showcase is based on what contractors have told us they'd like to see. It includes a residential products chart with a quick reference on technical facts (to access the chart click on Heating Showcase in the left column). The product feature "2006 Residential Heating Product Profiles" in this issue provides more in-depth information on each unit, highlighting features and benefits.

The NEWS' hopes you find this tool useful as you prepare for the heating season. Any suggestions for next year's showcase coverage? Contact Joanna Turpin at 480-726-7121 or
