AS Series plastic exhaust silencers represent up to a 50% cost reduction over traditional metal silencers, the company says. Encased in plastic, the polyethylene element’s open surface area provides low back pressure and excellent noise reduction on pneumatic valving and components, says the company. The compact design allows installation where space is at a premium. The silencers are available with 1/8- to 1/2-in. NPT and BSPT threads.
