Abrams, co-founder of PSI and AirTime 500, started the first day with a look at financial methods, residential replacement sales, gross margin, and performance factors. Nicholson, president of Contractors Services, focused on balance sheets and variables important to a company's bottom line.

Cassel closed the seminar, walking attendees through a step-by-step plan on how to achieve maximum cash flow.
