Oil Heating Organization Starts Membership Drive

EAST PETERSBURG, PA — Recognizing the need to boost educational training and encourage new entrants to the oil heat industry, the National Association of Oil Heating Service Managers (NAOHSM) has initiated a membership drive to boost its presence in the industry.

Addressing the issue before a recent director’s meeting, NAOHSM president Scott Hinkley, said that the association has undertaken several programs to enhance the attraction of membership. These include the association’s expanded Internet presence, the growth in seminars and courses at its annual convention, plus a growing scholarship program.

A total of six scholarships for students attending vocational/ technical schools or colleges will be awarded at this year’s convention in May.
