Oct. 19, 2007: AMCA International Announces New Officers, Board Members

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, Ill. - At the Air Movement and Control Association International (AMCA International) 52nd Annual Meeting in Phoenix, new officers and board members for 2007-08 were announced.

Gary Benson, of Mechanovent Corp., was inaugurated as AMCA International president. The outgoing AMCA International president, Jo Reinhardt, of Industrial Louvers Inc., was installed as the new chairman of the board. Denis Labelle, of T.A. Morrison & Co. Inc., was installed as the new vice president. Arthur LaPointe, of Construction Specialties, was installed as the new treasurer. Michael Barry, of Twin City Fan Companies Ltd., was installed as the new director-at-large on the executive committee.

Re-elected to the board of directors were Vic Colwell of Loren Cook Co., Robert Van Becelaere of Ruskin Co., Mike Almaguer of Pottorff, C.F. Yang of Kruger Ventilation Industries Pte. Ltd., George Atkinson of Hartzell Fan Co., and Pete Neitzel of Greenheck Fan Corp. Newly elected to the board of directors were Mike Binkholder of Mestek Inc./Air Balance and Stephen “Dane” Carey of NCA Manufacturing.
