"Jeff Ellingham had been with Goodman since its early days and was one of the pillars of our organization," said Chuck Carroll, president and CEO of Goodman Global Holdings Inc. "He provided us with an endless source of information about the HVAC industry, having spent his entire career in its service.

"Jeff's friendly disposition made him a favorite throughout our company, and he will be greatly missed. We are grateful for the time we had with him and for his many contributions, which have helped make Goodman the successful company it is today."
