Obituary: James Le Flore

MATTHEWS, N.C. - James Le Flore, co-owner of Southland Marketing Inc., a manufacturers’ representative firm headquartered in Conyers, Ga., passed away June 5 at Presbyterian Matthews at the age of 49. He was responsible for sales in North and South Carolina.

Mr. Le Flore led a full life, including ownership of Le Flore Sales Inc., stated the Heating, Airconditioning & Refrigeration Distributors International (HARDI). He volunteered in many different capacities, including church, sports events, and in other areas of the Porter Ridge community. He enjoyed running and could often be found on the football field, the basketball court, or on the soccer field watching his children.

He is survived by his wife Lynn, son Alex, and daughter McKenzie. Memorial donations may be made to the Porter Ridge High School Boosters Club in Matthews, to help fund the building of a new field house.
