MINNEAPOLIS - Weather-Rite LLC has purchased Phoenix Air Systems, Owatonna, Minn. The company will conduct the business under the trade name of Phoenix Air Systems™, which is associated with the production of critical process air handling equipment and related products for the food industry and other critical air process industries.
“This transaction combines the strength of the Phoenix Air Systems brand with the resources of Weather-Rite LLC,” said James Faragher, president, Weather-Rite. “As a result, the companies will leverage the synergies of the combined organizations to offer greater value to their customers through enhancements in products, operations, and services to the market.”
