MoreDAYTON, Ohio - Noland Co. appointed three new managers: David Butler as HVAC business director, Keith Northey as area leader for the Northeast/Central region, and Don Said as HVAC sales manager for Jacksonville, Fla.
Butler, who came to Noland from ICOR International Inc., is responsible for growing the HVAC business in Noland’s 12-state market. The company’s HVAC line consists exclusively of NuTone Heating and Cooling Products.
Northey’s principal duties are to profitably grow market share in his region and look at opportunities to enter new markets. The Northeast/Central region includes Arkansas, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia. Northey previously was with Johnstone Supply.
Said’s appointment came as Noland added equipment lines to its Jacksonville, Fla., location. The business now includes LG mini split system air conditioners, as well as replacement parts for service and repairs.
