Nexstar Survey Finds Best In Customer Satisfaction

WHITE BEAR LAKE, Minn. - Delivering satisfaction to residential and commercial customers is the critical key to a service provider's growth and longevity. That's the opinion of Nexstarâ„¢, a professional training and development organization serving the electrical, HVAC, and plumbing trades, and its contractor members. Nexstar feels so strongly about the importance of customer satisfaction, it conducts a survey of members' customers each year and reports the findings to those who participate.

The organization recently completed its latest Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS) in which 148 member companies participated. The top 10 companies with the most satisfied customers were:

Plumbers of Suojanen Enterprises Inc., Odessa, Fla.

AirCon Appliance Company, Houston

Wilbur Corp., Trussville, Ala.

Frasier's Plumbing & Heating, Rhinelander, Wis.

Lascko Plumbing & Mechanical, Muskegon, Mich.

Donnelly's Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, Lansdale, Pa.

The Customer Satisfaction Survey was performed by an independent market research firm to identify factors that influence how customers perceive household service and repair firms. Factors were narrowed to workmanship, promptness/dependability, customer relations, price, and overall satisfaction.

Nexstar member firms across the United States and Canada participated in the survey. Each company submitted a random sampling of 200 customers who were contacted by the market research firm and asked to rate their service firm. Over 5,800 customers responded to the survey.
