New Lab Location In California

PHOENIX - Aerotech Laboratories Inc. recently announced plans to open a satellite laboratory in California in early 2004.

Heavily involved in the indoor air quality (IAQ) industry, this expansion into the western portion of the United States is designed to help Aerotech meet its clients' needs locally.

Qualified professionals from the current AIHA, A2LA, and ISO 17025 accredited facility in Phoenix will be selected to operate these facilities. Named to head the Irvine, Calif., office is Andrea Norman, laboratory director, and Chad Bailey, laboratory manager.

According to Paul Cochrane, vice president of Business Development, "With this new laboratory location, we will be able to meet the demand for same-day rush services and clients will still receive high quality results as they would from our central laboratory location."

Founded in 1993, Aerotech Laboratories is considered one of the world's largest commercial IAQ laboratory services. It provides multiple analytical services, including IAQ, industrial hygiene (IH), consumer products, food safety, biological warfare, and environmental testing.
