New Contractor Consortium Forming In Cincinnati

CINCINNATI — A new consortium of HVAC contractors is in the formative stages, led by two familiar names in the trade. Jeff Wilmink, former co-founder, CEO, and president of Excellence Alliance Inc. (EAI) and Jennifer Williams-Tharp, co-founder of EAI and a former member of Callahan/Roach Products and Publications, have announced the new organization.

Excellence Consortium 50 (EC50) will be comprised of 50 “top performers only” in the HVAC industry who “demonstrate the potential for breakthrough success,” according to EC50 literature.

The goals of EC50 include:

  • “Efficient and cost effective purchasing;

  • An opportunity to share knowledge and develop world class business practices that will lead the HVAC industry to new heights of respect and success; and

  • The opportunity to drive organization sales, profitability, and bottom line results further and faster than would be possible through a solitary pursuit of these goals.”

    EC50 territories will center in Cincinnati and have team headquarters in Chicago, Atlanta, and Baltimore.
