The SureGrip™ Vent Support Plate supports B-Vent where it penetrates floors and ceilings. The manufacturer states that it eliminates time-consuming cutting, bending, and fitting sheet metal to build vent supports. Install the plate and slip vent through from the bottom; the plate will hold pipe in place. It is UL listed and available for 3- through 8-inch diameter B-Vent and 2-inch plastic pipe. SureGrip also fits other companies’ 3- to 6-inch B-Vent.
