New commercial packaged rooftop systems from McQuay (3 to 50 tons) combine the lower installation costs and interior space savings of a roof-mounted system with the operating and maintenance efficiencies of central heating and cooling systems. Features include factory-installed economizers, stainless steel furnaces, and gas or electric heat. Larger units (30 to 50 tons) feature VAV with VFD, R-410A refrigerant, and an EER of 10.0 or higher.
