May 18, 2005: 'Yes, You Can' Is Message Of QSC Meeting

FALLS CHURCH, Va. - Whether the goal is pricing for profit, providing excellent customer service, or maximizing your energy or health, the message of the July 28-30, 2005, Quality Service Contractors' (QSC) Power Meeting XXIII is "Yes, You Can."

To be held in St. Louis, the meeting will begin with an opening seminar on "Hell Hath No Fury Like a Customer Scorned." Nancy Friedman, the Telephone Doctor, will present a 10-Point Self-Assessment Quiz, which covers 10 areas of sales and service. Participants will discover the gap between where their company is on service level and where it needs to be.

Other seminars include "Product and Service Pricing for a Profit," by Tom Grandy; "Service Pricing-Flat Rate vs. Time/Material," by Dr. Ron Collier; and "Energize Your Life," by David Meinz. There also will be a "Learn More to Earn More" session presented by Bob Sinton with the Training Center for Sales and Business Development. Sinton will preview the two-day Sales Training Boot Camp for QSC owners, technicians, managers, and salespeople.

The meeting will end with a closing "Yes, You Can" seminar led by Jim Stovall, who will talk about how to get a new vision of what you can achieve. Stovall, who lost his sight at an early age, went on to become an Olympic weightlifting champion, the president of the Narrative Television Network, and a best-selling author and speaker.

QSC is an enhanced service group of the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors-National Association. QSC delivers training programs, products, and services for select members of PHCC's service and repair membership. For more information, visit www.qsc-phcc.org.
