FALLS CHURCH, Va. - A maintenance agreement program, a new member benefit for Quality Service Contractors (QSC) members, was recently announced at Power Meeting XXII in Savannah, Ga.

According to QSC, the program gives members all that is needed to begin offering maintenance agreements to clients. Included in the program are details for building a maintenance agreement program, how to price it, and technician manuals for the selling process. The Technician Training section includes: a manual for sales training process; technician training manual in PowerPoint supplemental to the manual; and "Creating Career Paths using Maintenance Agreements."

In addition, QSC has developed a packet of marketing materials including: whole-house inspection form ready for print; technician in-home checklist and needs assessment; water heater/furnace stickers; grocery list refrigerator magnet; emergency magnet with numbers; consumer education brochure; one-pager on household tips, such as mold remediation/insurance, etc.; friends and family coupons; and more.
