Marley Electric Heating (Bennettsville, SC), a division of United Dominion Industries, has acquired Patton Industrial and Building Supply Products from Holmes Products Corp. (Milford, MA). Patton will add industrial fans, heaters, and building supply products to Marley’s product lines.
