If the transaction is completed, the company says it will continue to install and manufacture products under the Goettl name.

  • Honeywell Automation and Control Solutions (Minneapolis, MN) has chosen WebStack Corp. to provide its DealerStack Service for the company’s ContractorPRO e-business service. DealerStack will provide the e-commerce capability for online sales of replacement parts and services for ContractorPRO.

  • Salvagnini America Inc. (Hamilton, OH) has named Bill Bossard vice president of sales and marketing. The company also made Sherman Peckham responsible for establishing and managing its new tooling manufacturing department.

  • The Air Systems Components Division of Tomkins PLC (Richardson, TX) has acquired Ward Industries Inc. Ward will be integrated into Hart and Cooley Inc., the group’s residential HVAC business.

  • CertainTeed Corp. (Valley Forge, PA) has been recognized by the Alliance to Save Energy as a “Star of Energy Efficiency.” The manufacturer will be honored at a black-tie dinner in Washington, DC, on Oct. 9.
