  • Carrier Corp. (Farmington, CT) has appointed Frank Hartman as vice president and general manager for Carrier, Bryant, and Payne residential sales and marketing. For the past two years, Hartman has led the International Comfort Products (ICP) organization for Carrier.
  • David R. Martin has been promoted to the position of vice president of marketing for the Water Heater Division (Montgomery, AL) of Rheem Manufacturing Co.
  • Thermo King (Minneapolis, MN) has announced its new 2002 Evernham Motorsports campaign, which will incorporate national advertising, direct mail promotions, and dealership incentives. The program will allow the company to use the name of Evernham Motorsports and the likeness of the team’s No. 9 and No. 19 Dodge race cars.
  • Burnham Corp. (Lancaster, PA) has named Richard Link as its “2001 Salesperson of the Year” for the Hydronics Division. Link is the sales representative for the western and central counties in Pennsylvania.
  • Two louver models manufactured by Greenheck (Schofield, WI), Model ESD-603D and Model 603/HCD-240, have met several Miami-Dade County, FL, requirements for performance in severe storms. For more information, visit www.greenheck.com (website).
  • Waukesha Engine (Waukesha, WI) has announced that Stewart & Stevenson Services, Inc. (Houston, TX), has become its newest Power Energy Partner. Stewart & Stevenson will be a channel for Waukesha Engine’s efforts to grow its engine population within the power generation market.
