Luxaire Unveils Online Business Tool for Channel Partners
Luxaire partnered with Click Commerce, Inc., a provider of channel management software and services, to design the new system. The collaboration resulted in an enterprise system connecting Luxaire with its distributors and dealers.
Distributors now have access to real-time information and services, such as order management, inventory availability, shipping status, warranty registration, account/invoice status, and a full product catalog. By the end of January, a tool that helps distributors build custom brochures online will also be available.
Biz.Net is designed to be simple and easy to use, according to Doug Widenmann, brand director for Luxaire products and programs. “Biz.Net gives our channel partners easy, instant access to all our information,” he noted.
“The time they save with Biz.Net is better directed towards sales and service activities which will lead to improved customer satisfaction and help support the position we are claiming in the hvac industry: Setting the Performance Standard.”
