DISTO™ handheld, laser distance measuring tools are available in two models: DISTO Lite5 and DISTO Classic5. Both of them offer the ability to measure distances from 0.2 to 200 meters (0.7 to 650 feet), with an accuracy of 3mm (1/8 inch). The Classic5 includes a built-in 2x telescopic viewer for easier spotting when taking long-distance measurements and a built-in leveling bubble for more precise horizontal measurements, the manufacturer says. It stores the last 15 measured values and up to 10 additional constants, such as ceiling heights, for faster measurements of areas and volumes, the company states. The Lite5 has been designed with an ergonomic keypad and large, clear backlit display.
