KANSAS CITY, MO — Comfort Systems USA “flagship” facilities located in Kansas and Missouri did their best to impress members of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), which met in late September in Kansas City for its World Workplace 2001 Conference.

The Fagan Company (featured in The News, Sept. 18, 2000) hoped to draw attention to hvac and building automation systems, which the company installed and maintains in many of the area office buildings and facilities.

“The Fagan Company has provided value-engineering, installation and preventative maintenance service for hvac, controls, and other mechanical systems in some of the area’s newest and best-known projects, including Valencia Place at the Country Club Plaza, and the world headquarters for both Butler Manufacturing and Sprint,” said Bill Fagan, executive vice-president of the Fagan Company.

“We’re glad to have [had] the opportunity, with the rest of Kansas City, to showcase these buildings during the IFMA conference.”
