The eService Portal is an Internet-based product that allows customers of the company's clients to log in to a secure area on the Web and access a variety of features and functions. Using a secure password, a customer has the ability to request a service call; view service contracts; and review work order history, equipment history, and an outstanding accounts receivable inquiry from any desktop. All of this can be performed from any computer that has access to the Internet.
