The Jonas Document Management System (JDMS) document management system is fully integrated with the company’s software and any MS Windows program, allowing the user to import paper-based and/or electronic documents into one central location. Web-enabled functionality allows customers, vendors and project managers to log in at anytime and view key reports and account information. Quick search, advanced search and full-text searching are available which allows users to quickly retrieve a document from JDMS. Searches can be using the categorization system you establish or even from the body of the document itself.
