Johnson Controls, Inc.: TEMPERATURE SENSORS

New wireless temperature sensors eliminate the time needed to install wires to attach the sensors to refrigeration systems, says the company. The sensors operate with a Johnson Controls/Penn refrigeration system controller. The wireless system includes a transmitter, temperature sensor, and receiver. The sensor is positioned in a case or walk-in and connected to a lithium battery-operated transmitter attached to the side of the unit. The transmitter sends a signal to the receiver located near the rack controller. The receiver then converts the signal for the controller. Johnson Controls, Inc., P.O.
