Jackson Systems Wins Award

INDIANAPOLIS - Jackson Systems LLC was awarded as one of the Best Places to Work in Indiana for 2009.

“We are honored to receive this recognition for the second year in a row,” said Tom Jackson, CEO. “We work really hard to make sure we create a culture that we all want to spend time working in, not just doing a job. Over the 12 years, we have strived to treat our employees as we would like to be treated. I believe Jackson Systems is a fun place to work that inspires individual creativity and development.”

Winners were determined by a statewide survey. The program was designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best places of employment in Indiana, benefiting the state’s economy, workforce, and businesses. The list is made up of 40 companies in the small/medium-sized list (25-249 employees) and 30 companies in the large-sized list (250+ employees).

Jackson Systems has evolved from an entrepreneurial effort in 1997 of three employees to a growing small business of 25 employees and is approaching $10 million in sales.
