CHAMPAIGN, IL — International Service Leadership (ISL) has named Chief/Bauer Heating & Air Conditioning/Service Experts headquartered here as its 2002 Contractor of the Year. The award is given for a combination of performance factors including good business practices and extraordinary customer service.

“This is a tremendous honor for our company,” said Chief/Bauer general manager Rick Houchens. “All members of ISL have to meet a 21-point standard of difference that already sets us far above most others in our industry. To be named Contractor of the Year by this elite group is a real tribute.”

Chief/Bauer has 21 employees and specializes in residential and light commercial service and replacement.
