IR To Provide HVAC Solutions

BRIDGETON, Mo. — IR Retail Solutions, an Ingersoll-Rand business, in conjunction with its sister company Hussman, has begun providing HVAC equipment and service solutions for the food store industry, as well as other commercial and institutional customers.

IR Retail Solutions says that it analyzes the customer’s complete store or business environment, including refrigeration equipment, lighting, entry and exit devices, power generators, and energy management systems. The company will work to match HVAC technology to the needs of each customer.

“By analyzing the customer’s unique HVAC needs with regards to size, efficiency, reliability, cost, and performance, we can match the most effective technology to the customer’s operations,” said Scott Jasper, director of HVAC engineering and operations for the company.

Through Hussman, IR Retail Solutions said that it will offer a coast-to-coast network of certified HVAC service professionals to handle customers’ service and maintenance needs. The company’s nationwide call center dispatches the technicians 24 hours a day, and is able to analyze each event and respond to store-level alarms or phone calls.
