PHOENIX - IONz International, a manufacturer of IAQ solutions for industrial, commercial, and residential industries, announced that it is rebranding the company to Aerisa Inc. The company will continue to sell direct through its network of distributors to its primary markets in the gaming, water treatment, medical, food, hospitality, transportation, and residential industries.

The company said its line of indoor air purification solutions have been proven in applications to eradicate odors, particulates, and hazardous contaminants without producing unwanted byproducts.

“We are excited to start a new chapter in our history,” said Tim Bender, Aerisa president and CEO. “Our solutions have been proven in some of the world’s most difficult environments.”

The company launched the new brand and several redesigned products at the 2008 International AHR Expo in New York. The AerWave™ 1200 and 2200 are new in-duct air purification systems for residential and light commercial applications that incorporate new enhancements in performance efficiency, scalability, and ease of installation.

The AerScrubber™ is a cold plasma-based scrubber for industrial odor emission problems. The AerFlow™ is a line for the treatment of highly contaminated air spaces that require the breakdown of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), hydrogen sulfide, and other harmful emissions often encountered in industrial plants.

Based on the same cold plasma technology originally developed by Albert Einstein, the Aerisa core ionization process (now called WaveFour™) employs a combination of advanced materials, improved design, and proprietary power management capabilities, the company said.
