Mailnet Services Inc. (MSI) (Nashville, TN) has announced a contract with VenVest, Inc. (St. Louis, MO). The agreement will give members of VenVest’s three subsidiaries, Plumber’s Success Inter-national (PSI), Clean Indoor Air (CIA), and AirTime 500 (AT500) access to a library of direct marketing options through MSI’s MailnetExpress (MNX) online services.
Environmental Support Solutions (Environ.com) (Tempe, AZ) has closed a second round of financing in the amount of $3.5 million from Harvard Investments, the United States operating arm of the Canadian Hill Companies. The proceeds were used to acquire a company to expand Environ.com’s software suite.
