About the size of a watch battery, the HeatCheck temperature monitor can take up to 2,048 samples and download its temperature history to a PC, the company says. It can hook up to manage more than 100 locations at a time from one Windows PC box. Data are captured directly and can be exported to Excel, Word, Access, etc. The unit is programmable for hours/days/weeks/ years. Digital encryption makes it tamperproof, says the company.
