HOUSTON - HTS Texas, an HVAC supplier providing custom heating and cooling solutions to the commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential markets, has announced the appointment of four staff members to support its regional growth. Dean Revering joins the company from Trane as the new Austin HVAC account executive; Paul Naizer has been appointed sales manager for San Antonio; Shane Riley has been promoted to controls division manager in Houston; and T.J. Kendall joins the company as the new Austin HVAC systems consultant.

Revering will collaborate with HTS Texas’ Austin-area contractors, engineers, and building owners to provide the company’s HVAC solutions. With more than 17 years of experience in the HVAC industry, he joins HTS Texas from Trane where his averaging sales revenue placed him in the top 10 percent of 800 salespeople for the previous decade.

Naizer and Riley have both been promoted to management roles because of their leadership and success in prior roles at the company.

“We were pleased to move both Paul and Shane to their new roles because they both demonstrated the drive and leadership skills that will serve our clients well,” said Mike Donovan, principal of HTS Texas. “In addition, because our Austin market is thriving, we also made the strategic move to support growth and expand the business by adding two sales consultants for the area.”

Naizer joined HTS in 2008, and has more than eight years of experience selling commercial HVAC equipment in the south Texas region. He will help lead sales growth for all of HTS Texas’ product lines and continue to build relationships in San Antonio.

As the new controls division manager, Riley will be responsible for the sales, marketing, and operations of the company’s Building Automation Controls Department. He was previously a project manager in the Controls Department. During his more than three years with HTS Texas, he helped grow the department and turn it into a profitable part of the business. Riley has more than 13 years of experience in the HVAC industry.

Kendall joins HTS Texas as the new HVAC systems consultant in Austin and will work with building owners and engineers to develop the most appropriate HVAC solutions for their projects. Prior to joining HTS, Kendall worked in sales and marketing for a national telecommunications provider and ran his own recreational service business.

Founded in 2001, HTS Texas supplies HVAC systems including heating, air conditioning, air handling units, chillers, heat recovery, as well as building efficiency improvements. HTS customizes solutions for HVAC and process cooling requirements and represents manufacturers McQuay, Daikin, Haakon, Semco, Danfoss, Munters, and more.
