HALIFAX, Nova Scotia — The Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Institute of Canada (HRAI) will host a “Selling Energy Conservation on its Merits” one-day workshop, Tuesday, Feb. 7 in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

The workshop will be led by Gord Cooke, Building Knowledge Canada Inc., and will focus on sales of energy-saving HVAC equipment.

Participants will gain an understanding of the technical features of energy efficient products, learn how to help customers make decisions based on more than just product cost, and uncover the desires of customers through five simple questions. For more information, visit www.hrai.ca.
