The heavy-duty, energy-efficient Model 2000 and Model 3000 commercial-sized ice flakers come standard with charcoal brown-colored enclosures, the company says. The models include factory-installed components and controls within the enclosures, says the manufacturer. The flakers offer a commercial capacity ranging from 1,000 to 6,000 lb of flake ice per day. Models 2000 and 3000 come with a 25-yr warranty on the evaporator and a 10-yr ice blade warranty.
