PHOENIX - Representatives from the Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors National Association, Arizona Chapter (SMACNA Arizona) were on hand to present David Cooper of Kinetic Systems with a free weekend getaway at the Four Seasons Resort, Scottsdale, Ariz. He received the prize for guessing the correct day of Phoenix's first 100-degree day as part of SMACNA Arizona's 100-Degree Contest. Cooper correctly predicted Thursday, May 11 at 2:12 p.m., the official time reported by the National Weather Service.
