MINNEAPOLIS - Honeywell presented its Building Control Systems’ Distributor of the Year award to Controlco of Oakland, Calif. “Controlco is a technology solutions leader for the distribution industry and a strong advocate for Honeywell in California and Nevada,” said Dave Molin, general manager.

“Their business results and their service to their customers are truly exceptional - and set them apart. Controlco rose to the top of that list and we’re proud to name them our Distributor of the Year.”

Honeywell Authorized Systems Distributors are considered for this annual award, which is based on two-year rolling volume, year-over-year growth, product mix, and commitment to training. Sixteen distributors earned Honeywell’s Diamond Distributor status, which is an elite honor in itself, said Molin.

The distributor was honored with the announcement during a special awards dinner hosted by Honeywell representatives.
