Heatcraft Refrigeration Plans Training Sessions

Heatcraft Refrigeration Products is hosting seminars for refrigeration contractors and technicians around the country.
ATLANTA - Heatcraft Refrigeration Products announced its 2005 Beacon II training seminar dates for refrigeration contractors and technicians. The one-day seminars are located throughout the country and run through April 21.

The highlights of the 2005 Beacon II training include a Beacon II system overview with actual component samples and Basic Beacon II system installation recommendations, including:

  • Proper settings and how to change factory settings.

  • Proper piping precautions and other safety measures.

  • Proper wiring examples with hands-on training.

  • Communication alternatives and options.

  • Diagnostic capabilities with hands-on trainers' exercises.

  • Troubleshooting tips and suggestions.

    Beacon II systems feature an advanced user interface, an easy-to-read digital display, and remote access through a modem. The Smart Defrost system minimizes unnecessary defrost cycles to provide energy savings. The system provides easy installation, with factory-installed and tested components, according to the company. The Beacon II system also includes a three-year warranty, integrated system diagnostics, programmable alarms, and optional software available for monitoring and data logging.
