COLUMBUS, Ohio — The Heating, Airconditioning & Refrigeration Distributors International will hold its 2003 Mid Atlantic/Northeastern Regional Meeting at the Seaview Marriott in Galloway, N.J., May 18-20. The event will feature two nationally recognized speakers. Abe Walkingbear Sanchez, an expert in credit and collections, will speak about what credit really is, how credit can contribute to profitability, ways of minimizing risks, how to keep customers current and buying, and how to build customer loyalty.

Warehouse and operations expert Robert Footlik will also speak at the meeting. Footlik is a licensed professional engineer and has worked in the fields of materials, warehouse layout, packaging, and management systems. Footlik will speak to the audience about the warehouse as a marketing tool and how indoor air quality and anti-terrorism protection of air systems considerations may completely change warehouse stocking, product mix, and delivery patterns.

The HARDI event will also feature a panel discussion on the future of R-22.
