Greenheck Agrees To Purchase Airolite Co.

SCHOFIELD, Wis. - Greenheck signed an agreement to purchase the Airolite Co., effective August 1. Founded in 1919, Airolite is a national manufacturer of architectural louvers, grilles, and sun control products. Airolite's sales, marketing, and engineering support will remain in Marietta, Ohio. Manufacturing will take place in one of Greenheck's three manufacturing facilities; the plants are located in Schofield, Wis.; Frankfort, Ky.; and Sacramento, Calif.

"Airolite products have enjoyed an outstanding reputation among architects for many years, and we are delighted to be able to help carry on that tradition by supporting this distinguished brand," said Dwight Davis, president and CEO of Greenheck.
