The DTMV40 mechanical refrigeration defrost timer can be used to control the defrost function of various commercial refrigeration equipment. According to the manufacturer, it features a special moisture-resistant coating that makes it ideal for refrigeration applications where a certain amount of condensation might build up. The unit incorporates a voltage selection DIP switch to quickly change between 208/240 and 120 vac. The electrical rating has been increased to 40 amps.
